Cancellation policy for workshops and courses

This cancellation policy applies to all workshops, courses, Open Studio sessions and private group workshops at Studio Keramiek.

Cancelling or rescheduling up to 14 days before the start

Up to 14 days before the start, you can cancel a booking by email or move it once to another available date.

● If you cancel, the amount paid will be refunded minus an administration fee of €8.50 per booking.

● To reschedule a booking, we charge an administration fee of €8.50 per booking.

● A booking can be rescheduled no more than once and always subject to availability.

Cancellations and changes can only be made by email to info@studiokeramiek.nl. You will receive a confirmation.

Cancelling or rescheduling within 14 days

Within 14 days of the start, cancelling or rescheduling is no longer possible and no refund will be given.

On request, we can make your place available again. Only if someone else books that place may you reschedule your booking once. We charge an administration fee of €8.50 for this. We cannot guarantee that the place will be booked again.

Sending someone in your place

Can’t make it yourself? Someone else may take your place at no extra cost. Please email us the name of the replacement participant in advance.

No-shows and missed lessons

If you do not attend, no refund will be given and the booking cannot be rescheduled.

Missed lessons of a multi-session course cannot be refunded or moved to another course date.

Private group workshops

The final number of participants can be changed up to 14 days before the start. After that, the confirmed number of participants and the corresponding total amount apply, even if fewer people eventually take part.

Cancellation by Studio Keramiek

Studio Keramiek may reschedule or cancel a workshop or course due to insufficient participants, illness of a teacher or other unforeseen circumstances.

In that case, we will offer an alternative date. If this date does not suit you, or if Studio Keramiek cancels the activity permanently, the amount paid will be refunded.
