I carefully pack every order in my Amsterdam studio and send it with PostNL. Orders within the Netherlands and Europe should arrive within 2–3 weeks; for the rest of the world, please allow 4 weeks. All orders are sent within one working week of being placed, unless I let you know otherwise.

Customs or import duties: if your delivery country charges customs or import duties, you will need to pay these. We have no control over these charges, and customs policies vary widely from country to country. If you have any questions about this, please contact your local customs office.

Yes, you can. Just send me an email and we’ll agree on a date and time.

If you are not completely satisfied with your ceramics, please contact me first and then return the unused product(s) in the original, undamaged packaging with all enclosed documents within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Neither the packaging nor the product may be broken or damaged in any way; otherwise a refund is not possible. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable – I refund the cost of the items only. You are responsible for the goods and for all shipping costs of the return.

We ship within the Netherlands, to the rest of Europe and outside Europe. You’ll find your country and the shipping costs at checkout. If you have a question or your country isn’t listed, please send me an email.
