Kerstspecial handvormen 21 december van 11:00 tot 14:00 uur.
Tijdens deze workshop zal kunstenares Hanna Orion je begeleiden in het maken van een uniek object zoals een kerstornament, schaal, kop of andere bijzondere vorm. In de workshop zal je behalve het handvormen ook met engobes werken om jouw object een kleur te geven. Wij zullen het werk voor jou zorgvuldig drogen, transparant glazuren en twee maal stoken. Hierna zal jouw werk stevig worden, waterdicht en gebruiksklaar! Je werk kan je na ongeveer drie weken bij de studio ophalen. In this workshop handbuilding Hanna Orion, a young artist, will guide you in making unique objects such as an Christmas ornament, bowl, cup, or other self invented shape. In addition to hand-forming you will also work with engobes to give your object a color. We will dry everything carefully, we will glaze the work transparant and fire it twice. The firing and glaze will make your object sturdy, waterproof, food safe and ready for use! You can pick your work from the studio after about three weeks.
