The best way to start your Monday morning behind the wheel with Marina!
Have you always wanted to sit behind a potter’s wheel? Then you can try it now with this introductory workshop. Under supervision, you’ll learn the basic techniques of pottery and create your own unique bowl. Enjoy the relaxation of being at the wheel and let yourself be carried away by the clay.
Afterward, your work will be dried, fired, and glazed by hand, making it waterproof, and dishwasher-safe. You’ll receive a notification after approximately three weeks and can pick up your work at the studio. You will make one piece per person. After the throwing, you will paint your work with special pigments. Your work will be fired twice and finished with a transparent glaze. This workshop lasts 2 hours.
Includes: welcome with delicious coffee/tea and treats. A wonderful workshop with Marina, clay, tools, glaze and firing your work twice.
