What’s in your cart?

I carefully pack each order from my studio in Amsterdam and ship it by POST.NL. Your order should arrive within 2 - 3 weeks within NL & Europe and 4 weeks to the rest of the world.

All orders will be send within 1 working week after it has been placed unless notified by me.

Custom or import duties: if your delivery country charges customs or import duties you will have to pay these charges. We have no control over the charges and customs policies vary widely from country to country. If you have questions regarding this you van contact your local customs office for information.

Yes you can! Just send me an email and we can agree on date & time.

If you are not completely satisfied with your ceramics, simply contact me first and return the unused product(s) in its original unbroken packaging with all enclosed documents within 14 days of receipt for a refund. The packaging cannot be broken or in any other way damaged - neither can the product. Otherwise it will not be possible to obtain a refund.

Shipping & handling charges are not refundable, I will refund only the item costs. You are responsible for the goods and all shipping costs back to us.

We ship in the Netherlands (free !) and Europe. We also ship outside Europe.
