I carefully pack every order in my Amsterdam studio and send it with PostNL<\/a>. Orders within the Netherlands and Europe should arrive within 2\u20133 weeks; for the rest of the world, please allow 4 weeks. All orders are sent within one working week of being placed, unless I let you know otherwise.<\/p>\n

Customs or import duties: if your delivery country charges customs or import duties, you will need to pay these. We have no control over these charges, and customs policies vary widely from country to country. If you have any questions about this, please contact your local customs office.<\/p>\n

If you are not completely satisfied with your ceramics, please contact me first and then return the unused product(s) in the original, undamaged packaging with all enclosed documents within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Neither the packaging nor the product may be broken or damaged in any way; otherwise a refund is not possible.
